Sampull
Accessibility
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Sampull is committed to making our marketplace usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which is the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for digital services.
What we've done
- Color and text contrast tuned to meet WCAG AA across the web app.
- Form fields carry programmatic labels for screen readers.
- Interactive controls are keyboard operable with a visible focus indicator.
- Dialogs move and contain keyboard focus and can be dismissed with the Escape key.
- Automated accessibility checks run against our core screens on every change.
Your device controls
Sampull works with the accessibility tools built into your operating system and browser — text scaling and zoom, high-contrast and reduced-motion modes, and screen readers such as VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS. We aim not to interfere with these.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work. Some interactive maps and third-party components may not yet be fully operable by every assistive technology. If a barrier keeps you from completing a task, we'll help you get it done another way while we fix it.
Report a barrier or request an accommodation
If you run into an accessibility problem, or need information in a different format, email us at info@sampull.com. Please include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using so we can reproduce and fix it. We aim to respond within five business days.
